I have never been able to get Credit Watch to work right...

Now, I get this message when I pulled it up today:

Your score has gone down 8427 points since 05/18/2002.

    LOL!

I had that when I first sarted with them b/c in the beginning they couldn't give me my score because of all my obsolete accounts, duplicate accounts and inquiries. It is really funny to see though.

Guess you'll have to quit your job so you can repair your credit full-time!

    Mandy,

How long did it take them to get it right? I'm going on 40 days...

It took about 30 days before I could see a score. Some of my obsolete accts came off and then I finally found someone on the phone who was willing to look at and delete the 11 duplicate entries that First USA had put on and also the multiple Fleet Bank entries. CE says you need less than 100 entries on your rpt including inquiries, etc. but I never had near that many. You might want to call them b/c 40 days is a long time to wait.
And what your paying for is that score b/c you can access your rpt through start an investigation on their main page if you have a rpt #.

I have been on the phone with them at least 5 seperate times and e-mailed a couple...With no complete fix. They promised that "tech support" would call me back 3X...never happened. Right now the rep says I'm free through July...

I just need to get a report so I can start "the process" of getting things straight with EXP.

I didn't realize that you don't have your report yet. Maybe you should ask them to send it to you since you can't get it online. They should do this for free b/c you should be able to have access to it. I would call EXP direct and not the computer people for this. Once you have your rpt #, you can go to their main page (right hand side) and click on request an investigation and enter the rpt#, your ss, state and zip. Takes awhile to load but you'll see you rpt and have all the options to dispute. HTH.
