Hi all. I lurk here quite a bit and have found so much help to aid me in my credit decisions. Thanks to your posts I just got my Providian interest rate reduced from 23.9 to 16.9 and had my annual fee waived. I am ecstatic!!! I just told the rep I was ready to transfer my balance to my new Citibank card (that I also got by reading tips from this board) and she took care of me right away. Thanks so much!
