Why did you call if you only had the Visa card for 1 month???

    1) You called the wrong number - I said search for "TARGET AUTHORIZATION" (a message originally from George) and call THAT number... which, by the way, is 888-755-5759

    2) Target is religious about __90 DAYS__ between increases (account opening + 90 days, then every 90 days).

    mj,

Yes, I HAVE read the messages. There was a post on a previous thread where someone who opened their Target Visa account and got an INCREASE at activation. So why shouldn't I try at one month? I have already reduced my interest with no problem. I started at 18.9 to 15.9 and now I am at 12.9% (all in one month I might add).

This is an "INSIDE" employee HOT-LINE...like if they get a "CALL FOR AUTHORIZATION"

Also if you have a guest card for 5 yrs shouldn't that count for something? Doesn't the welcome letter say "this replaces your Target Guest card..."

I don't think all Target Visas will replace the Target Guest Cards. I had the Target guest card for 5 years and recently applied online for the Target Visa. I think alot of Target Guest cardholders were authomatically given the Target Visa without applying to replace the Guest card.

Pipe down. It is obvious that target isn't religious about any policy. Anybody that has a card has nothing to lose by trying to get a better term.
