    A cursory read shows that it can be a scary tactic.

    Other than the last line about debtor's attorney performing more work and the debtor not wanting to waste that much more money. That doesn't touch CNetters because we do it on our own. :)

    It looks like a tactic to defuse a FCBA argument and then get a judgment without having to produce a signed contract.

    It looks like everyone needs to be aware of and defend their rights. Even CAs.
