I have been a silent member of the board for a couple of weeks now. I have been spending that time reading archives.

I have a couple of questions

    1. What does the +(number) mean after the FICO scores that some members post in their signatures?

    2. How do members keep a constant eye on their credit profiles?

    Thanks

I assume that the +/- after the number represents how many points their scores have moved up or down.
How to keep track of credit reports?? All of these services offer 30 days free...
    Experian- www.creditexpert.com
    Equifax creditwatch- www.equifax.com
    TU - www.privista.com
OR go to www.transunion.com and check the box on the online order form that you were denied credit and type in the name of someone who has recently checked your credit (others successfully use pretty much any old generic creditor name).

Woops... thanks for the clear-up... don't recommend privista anyway- only give the bare-bones, not worth the money.
