I sent out Validations to two different CA's and they were received by them on 3/1/03 according to the green cards. Now I have both green cards and check my CR's everyday through Privacy Guard. Questions: 1) How long does should it take for them to mark the TL as in dispute? I check everyday and there is nothing saying that it is in dispute. Is privacy guard a good enough tool to check this? 2) What is the best way to document that they never did mark the account in dispute? Something that will hold up if I ever take them on with this violation? Is a print out from Privacy Guard good enough? I have tried searching, but I never come up with any answers. Maybe I am searching on the wrong combination of keywords? Thanks ahead of time
I wish I could answer your questions but I just signed on to privacyguard myself on Monday so I'm no expert on them as yet. Overall I do like their service so far except I have to use explorer to get their reports and then it's so wide I can't really get good concise info all on one page I can easily read.
Can anybody tell me how to cut the width down on internet explorer so I can get it all in on one screen?
No, I had not thought of that. I have an icon in my tray to do it with. I guess I could up the resolution so everything comes out a lot smaller and then when I go back to using something with half a brain instead of I.E. I'll have to change it back. Thanks for the tip.
I've never found a PRINT option for PG. When I try to print it w/IE, it will only print the top header, nothing else. I finally had to log in with Mozilla and do a "page edit" then print it from there. Pain in the rear!
I did a cut & paste into word 2000 and printed from there. Turned 1 page into 18. And they were mostly unreadable.
Not the best solution, but as a last resort - when you are looking at the concerned account, you can hit the "print screen" button on your keyboard, paste it into your WP program, and print from there. HTH
