    Since your so intimate with pigs it would be my guess that you are either involved with a CRA or a CA. Welcome to your nightmare pig.

    Hmm. Very interesting. I want to hear more about RICO providing a private right of action (i.e. where it says individuals can file private suits--non-government initiated). I happen to be working with an individual right now who is getting ripped on in many of the same ways I was getting ripped off by a student loan guarantee agency before I beat them in Federal District Court (settled). You see, they charge the collection fees up front, then charge another set of fees about the time the debt is paid off (at least one of the two sets of fees is individually in excess of what the law allows). And that is just for starters.

    unlawfull debt...
    doesnt that mean when ever a CA tried to collect a past SOL debt, not only is a violation but a crime??

    What we need to do is shut down the current system and replace it with a system that s fair and equitable to th consumer. If it is truly the consumer that drives the economy, which I believe, then we could make the case that the curent system is hurting the economy because it causes the consumer to pay a much higher price for credit.
