I just wanted to share something with you all that we rarely experience during the journey to better credit. I called my school with whom I had 3 paid accounts, but they were charged off. I spoke with the woman I dealt with while paying them off and she insisted that they were paid and not charged off and when they attempt to validate she will say accordingly. I have never had someone be so nice in a dispute and she added that she was willing to send me a letter that UVM was satisfied with my payment with them and they support me on my behalf. After all of the morons we deal with on a pretty regular basis, I just wanted to share this with you all! Amzgrc
Not everyone in the credit business is a jerk. We of course hear about the ones who ARE more than the ones who aren't. (and there are a lot of jerks). But it is nice to post when we do find a nice one - as it does give inspiration that we might find someone willing to work with us in a professional manner! Good for you! Mommy2cats
