This is for an OC that I noticed is reporting a balance. It appears to have been this way for years. Is the appropriate action to write the CRA and say the OC is reporting inaccurate information and I want it removed; I leave it vague and not tell them the issue is with the balance and let them do the work? Or am I off base? The account was paid with the lender the OC sold it to. It is for an old account most like the OC doesn't even have the account info anymore, however the info is with EX and I want to make sure my plan of attack is right. Thanks!

Why not "not mine" to start?
