    • Doesn't this open a door for the CRA to terminate any reinvestigation? We all know the virtue of a reason of a CRA. Besides, if we have something to dispute, it's something which decreases our credibility, therefore from our point of view nothing could be frivolous. Besides, both words are too subjective ...

yep, and as of late, TU is exploring this by labelling many, many disputes as frivolous. George probably will pass by and post "TU is frivolous" LOL.

This allows the CRA to say "Frivilous" and refuse to re-investigate. This gives you an advantage too. If you supply proof from the creditor that the account is incorrect or should be deleted and they try to (after you keep disputing it) give you a "Frivilous" then this section
of the FCRA gives you instant ammunition in your lawsuit against the CRA because you DID provide additional information to proove to them that it definitly isn't frivilous.

    • As I think of it, the CR contains facts. You can't fight facts with subjective words. You can't say it's frivolous, all you can say is if it's true or false. The CR is not a philosophic essay about things being that important or not so important. It's about true or false statements ...
