"BofA launches credit card for wealthy clients Bank of America Corp. has introduced a credit card targeting its wealthy customers. The card, dubbed the Bank of America Accolades American Express card, is being offered to customers in BofA's premier banking and investments division and its private bank. Card members can redeem points for limited-edition memorabilia, travel offers and upgrades, and emergency medical evacuation. "As our clients accumulate wealth and their needs change, we will be with them every step of the way, with innovative products to help fulfill their needs and represent what we believe to be the best Bank of America has to offer," says John Bahnken, president of the global wealth and investment management products group. Clients in the private bank and family wealth advisers will also have the ability to use rewards points to make charitable contributions matched by Charlotte-based BofA (NYSE:BAC). BofA has more than 5,700 retail-banking offices and some 17,000 ATMs."
