I thought we only had three bureaus to fight with.I was wrong.Another one pop up. http://www.allcreditdata.com
From their website, it looks like they are a specialized CRA trying to grow their accounts and database to the next level. Their current business seems to be rental qualification, and they are trying to get small business accounts where the big 3 CRAs charges or required volume are excessive. They also appear to be pursuing Mexican business accounts. They will, of course, take money from paranoid consumers worried about another CRA they didn't know about. They also appear to be claiming to not be a national CRA, and so not subject to the free annual credit report requirements. Unless you have a specific adverse action notice indicating they have negative information, which would entitle you to a free report, I'm not sure it's worth getting a report you would have to pay for.
