I have two doctor bills that I sent validation letters on and they validated. I want to pay these two bills in full with an A&S, but I want to send a letter first, before payment. I live in NC, so do the creditors, so A&S is strictly enforced, or so I'm told. I just would feel better sending a letter first, getting a signature that they agree. I'm not sure how to word the letter, any suggestions? I was going to just send letter with checks, with notations on face and back of check, but don't know which is better to do. Any help would be appreciated.
Accord and Satisfaction. Yes, they do show up on my reports. Accord and Satisfaction is used to get a creditor to accept payment in full or somtimes partial payment, for deletion of an account.
