YES!!!!! Nice bump for ratios, can't wait to see score now. I did it! Like it says in the FCRA - "Complete and Accurate" Too bad we have to push so hard to get what should have been done automatically.
I insisted that the FCRA states that CRA's use reasonable procedures to ensure that our information is Complete and Accurate. I stated that since Credit Limits were indeed included in profiles that there should be no exceptions when a company issues, in writing to the consumer, a number that is their credit limit for that product. I included my original acceptance information which had the cl printed on it as well as statements which also have the cl printed on them. The first time it came back with no change. I then faxed another letter, including copies of previous correspondence, and insisted again that my file be complete and accurate and that as of present it was not due to the 'ommission' of the credit limit information for that account.
