what situation will it return and what situation will not?
I try to max my 0% cc,is that good for me?If FICO would return after I pay off, then it doesn't matter.

    I had 3 "HARD" on EQUIFAX...3 X 7 = 21

    "B" X 3 = +14...

    I LOST 7 POINTS!!!

was the 0% bt done on a new account? or an account you already have?

If you did not open a new account to do the bt, then your score should rebound. If you opened a new account to do it, then you are also taking a hit for a new account.

Your score may rebound or not, or it could be higher than before. There really is no way to tell.
