I was wondering if they can take your taxes while you are in deferement? I had a back pay of 798.00 but my loan was put into deferment until this July. I just got a letter in the mail that they are holding my husbands taxes....!!!! Not only that.... the Registar at my School told (the day b/f we had them filed) me she took me off the list to have them taken out of my taxes. Not to worry is what she/registar said! OHHHHHHHH.....I just got the letter today @ 5:30. They closed @ 5:00!!!! AHHHHH now I have to wait until tomorrow to call her... It's driving me crazy!!!! I swear.. I feel as if NO ONE can do their DAMN job! It seems to me that you have to stay on EVERYBODY to get something done!!! I going to start charging for my time and stress......lol...!!!!!! Anyways... has anyone had this happen to them? Did you get your money back? Or do you think the best thing to do is have my DH fill out an Injured Spouse Claim and go that route? Tell me what you think.... Thanks
