Does anyone have any suggestions for getting items removed early. I have some items that will be falling off in July this year. That my not seem so bad since they are so old, but my BK 13 is deleted from my report yet those entries all say "included in BK" so I keep getting denied to to BK probably because the confusion of when it happened since its not listed. If I cant get them off early, will they automically fall off on the 7 year date? Like Experian says due to remain until 7-2002 will it fall of 7-1-02? Thanks, Misty
Would like to know myself. Experian has an entry from 05/1995 that should [hopefully] be coming off shortly. Disputed a bunch of other entries, those were removed, that one was verified. Does this verification change the dropoff date? I hope not!
I recently disputed with Experian after the CHOD. They removed 1 chargeoff that was due to come off 3/02. An inquriry that was supposed to come off 1/02 came off last month. I didn't check my report at the begining of 1/02. But I'm assuming it comes off on the 1st day of the month.
I don't think that it comes off on the 1st all the time. I had an inquiry form a one that fell off. I tried to dispute it and it didn't come off so I called them and they said that my item came off 12/22/2001 but they pulled my credit 12/15/2001 so they still had the right to pull it. I think by the end of the month you should be safe.
