has anyone tried using an accord and satisfaction agreement? What about a restrictive endorsment (or the WestCap endorsment found in the archived messages)? if the OC didn't do what it was supposed to, how difficult was it to make them comply? I think these hold up in court in some states (mine being one of the lucky ones), but the problem is you have to GO to court to get the OC to do what they agreed to do, right? peace, delilah
