no, comments are just comments, unless someone is actually reading the report. The FICO ignores it. It's the status that matters. However, I have used comments in my disputes.
This probably has been asked before but is there a list of possible status lines? In other words what is definetelly ba on status and what is acceptable? I have one account that on status it says pays as agreed however on remarks it says Insurance filed with goverment or something to that effect.
