I have my car loan tradeline dissappeared from my report. I called equifax and they told me tell lender to re-report it. I did that and it is still not showing up. I called lender and asked to send me a letter proving that they have asked equifax to report it. Can I sue this clowns for that? I have had the loan for 28 months with a perfect payment record. I know that is bringing my score down.
Tell them both you are going to sue them. Then go see a lawyer. Oh, apply for a mortgage and some lower interest credit cards before you do it.
