When I dispute an account with Experian, they put a phrase in a section called 'YOUR STATEMENT' that shows that the account is in dispute. How is it worded when a creditor/CA notifies them that an account is in dispute? Do they put it in the 'YOUR STATEMENT' section or create another one?

Creditor's Statement "Account in dispute by consumer, meets requirements of the FCRA"

This is what was listed on a few of my tradelines for experian.

    hope this helps.

Which, by the way is one of the stupidist things I can think of. Whats the alternative?

"Account in dispute by the collection agency"?

How long does it take before you see the dispute on your credit report from the time you get your green card back? I wnat to make sure I keep on eye on it for any violations that may occur. Thanks in advance
