I had a rapid refund back in 1996 from Benificial Tax Master. They say I owe them because they gave me too much money from Uncle Sam. They prepared the taxes, made a mistake and want me to pay back. Anyway the account is listed twice with Equifax under 2 different account numbers, with the same total (654.00)I disputed with the three stooges and the other 2 removed completely. Equifax is keeping both. Is this legal? Thanks Shawn
