Is it legal for credit bureaus to report two or more listings from one charged off account? That is, one being reported by the original creditor and the others by the collection agency? If it's not legal, how can I best get these deleted from my report? Validation with the original creditor who claims to have "sold or transferred to another lender" or to the collection agency? Or do something else? Thanks in advance.

No, they cannot list an account more than once. Do a search in the last 30 days for duplicate accounts - I saw some information about this. Good luck. It'll tell you who to send letters to.
