Can credit card companies place your account on your credit reports as 30 days late when they have waived your late fees ?
Did you get something in writing stating they were waiving your fees? If not, you may have trouble proving it.
Even if they waived the fees, that doesn't mean they can't report the late pay. Technically, the payment was still late.
