I hvae an olkd chargeoff account with Southwesternbell, Transcontinental adjustment has it listed twice on my Experian report and today there is a new listing from someone called American Agencies for this same account. I have disputed repeatedly with Experian on the duplicate Transcont. listing and it still says verified. Can they do this?
What are the dates opened? The older account should read 'PAID' or 'SOLD' at the very least. Have you been contacted by either?
No, none of them say paid or sold. I sent a validation to Trancontinental, but they just sent me a copy of the old bill.
