The fight has begun with PARC collection agency. What I'm trying to figure out ASAP is if they own the account now or if they are just collecting on it for American General Finance (AGF). I called AGF a while back and they said the account was sold to PARC. PARC has told me in the past that they don't own it and that they are just collecting on it. Is there a law I can use to force someone to tell me who really owns the account and even better how much the account was sold for? Thanks!
RE: Account sold or not sold.. No problem! I found out that the account was never sold. They got my letter and I'll post all about it later this weekend..oh this is getting i interesting and tricky...

Make it clear that with out proper proof of owner ship you will not deal with either party!
