Contract created for the lease of business software with a PG attached. Delinquent for over a year.....but still shows 180 days overdue. Don't they have to classify as charge off? Is there a reason why it would be beneficial to be classified a charge off? What remedies here?
Funny thing is, DH had a Crap One on EX that was in perpetual 180 days past due. For grins I disputed. They changed it to a CO, and his score jumped 30 points.
