I had an account with orchard bank, chrgd off and was sold to RJM Acq. I made a settlement after they faxed me a letter that they will update the records as paid. I just received a copy of my credit report and it has nothing from RJM Acquisitions and under orchard it shows acc sold/transferred- but the balance is zero, what should I do?
