I sent a validation letter to cavalry investments CRRR a week or so ago and it just came back to me today stamped "Not Deliverable As Addressed." The guy at the post office said that this means that it's not a valid address. What is my next step here? I got their address right off of my credit report and it's the only address I have for them.

    Thanks,
    Brett

This could be fun...have you disputed with the CRA giving this bogus address? If so, what were the results?

I have disputed with the CRA, but I have no results yet. Their 30 days is up on June 5th. I talked to the CRA on Monday and they said that as of yet they have not heard from the CA.

    Thanks,
    Brett

If they do happen to verify, then your next response is a procedures request. If they verified at the bogus address...slam dunk cha ching!

(OK, maybe not that easy, but you see where I'm going?)

I'm in the same situation....sent nco crrr to address as shown on eq report - 4/18

4/24 post office forwards it to "corrected address"

    5/8 dispute nco on eq

    5/14 eq verifies

As of today 5/21, Nco still hasn't signed for crrr...I have my procedural request alllllll ready...just waiting for my returned letter.....I really hate waiting
