I disputed two cards as "not mine" Both (Amex and MBNA) came back verified as belonging to me. Both of these accounts were "charged off" in 2002. Im looking at my mbna history and it doesnt look too good. 4-30s, 3-60s, 2-90s and 4-120s. The report reads: Remarks: Transferred to another lender or claim purchased Payment Status: Charge-off (which I paid off for less) The AMEX doesnt have my payment history and just a charge off. The comments still don't look too good: Remarks: Election of remedy - reported by subscriber Payment Status: Legally paid in full for less than the full balance Any advice on where to go from here? I cant seem to get past 698 (TransUnion). Anyone know if this score is the lowest among the scores? Anyways...just wanted to know what I should do next or if there is anything I can do once the accounts have been verified? Thx for your hlp!!!!!
