I am a co-buyer.co-signer on several accounts. None of these accounts have ever reported on any of my 3 cb's. One has been paid. I called the company today and asked why the paid account was not ever inserted on any of my files. She said that as a rule they never report co-buyers and to correct this on the new accounts they would have to send a form out me and my husband asking that I be named as the buyer and husband as the co-buyer in order for the new accounts to be added. I asked about the paid account and she said this could not be done since it was already paid. She said the only think that could be done was for me to request an investigation by the cb's. I told her that they will not investigate an account that does not exist, but she said they do. I know that isn't true. Anyway, I had her send me an account history on this, which cb's will report this account if I send them all the information? Thanks so much!
