Hi. I used to post here a long time ago, when I was doing credit repair for my husband and myself. I stopped (gave up) for nearly a year, and now I am back at it because we are going to be moving into a new apartment - and have low scores (mid to high 500s). So, 2 weeks ago, I sent a round of disputes to all 3 cb's for both my husband and myself. Today, just for fun, I pulled up all of our reports on PG, and it was not pretty. TU ADDED 11 collection accounts to my report! I think maybe ONE of them is legit. I also had a couple of additions to my EQ report. EX deleted one disputed item. My husband also got a couple of additions on each of his reports. Most of the additions are very non-descript, no dollar amounts - etc. One says something about bankruptcy - which neither of us have filed. In my time working on our credit, nothing like this has ever happened before. Normally I would either get a couple of deletions, or nothing - never additions. I also requested address changes - and they screwed them all up even worse than they were before. I am starting to think they are messing with us! Sometimes you take a step backwards in repairing. I disputed something with TU and had the derogatory's show up on EQ when the creditor updated as a result. Don't get discouraged, don't get impatient. This is a marathon, not a sprint. He who laughs last, laughs best.
