Can someone please point me in the right direction to find someone to send my non-PP letter to? It has to be GMAC Mortgage, not just GMAC (the car loan people). We had a 2nd Mortgage through Ditech.com that was included in Ch.7 which was discharged 12/02. They are still pulling hards. I sent first letter to their Horsham, PA address as well as Costa Mesa, CA address, with "legal department" noted. No reply, of course. So I want to send the next letter certified, but want to be sure it's going to the right place. Thanks for any help!
