How should I go about these? Chargeoff 03/02 - showing balance and updating lates. Also this account has two duplicates that are showing open and late. Chargeoff 12/02-showing balance Account transeffered - but they are updating every month has no date for transer but this account is now a judgment. Aren't these violations- duplicates, chargeoff with balance?
When you say updating lates, are these lates that already occurred and they are just reporting them every month? Account transferred is it showing a -0- balance? Duplicates - you need to dispute these. Chargeoffs can show a balance (if you haven't paid them off) and the history of late payments before the chargeoff date.
The account transferred has zero balance but they are updating every month. By them updating are they keeping this 2 year old account fresh on my fico scores. I understand that as time goes on they effect my score less and less. But if OC updates is it show up as being in current default status.
