Okay, the next step in clearing up the mess I've made of my CR is dealing with my medical accts.

What should I do? I have two accts that went to collections due to a denial from my health insurance.
Since then, I won an appeal and my health insurance admitted their wrong doing and went and paid the OC. The CA's are still reporting collection accts to the CRA's, with a zero balance.

What is the best route to get these off of my CR?

-Goodwill letter to OC stating how they got paid in the end due to ins. error and ask them to contact CA for removal?

    -HIPPA letter to OC?

-Validation to CA, hoping they drop the ball?

    -Dispute with CRA ?

    Any advice would be great!!

    Sweet,

Contact your ins. co. and tell them to contact the OC and have the TL's deleted as "reported in error".

Use that phrase. It will trigger a complete deletion.

Let us know what they say.

    :)

Should I dispute with CRA once OC has received letter?
