I have on numerous times asked that this account be validated under the provisions of the FDCPA. Your blatant disregard for the law is appalling. You leave me no recourse but to punish your lack of respect for this countries laws and statutes.I am not writing to receive info that MCI has given you my info. I require signed documentation that these charges are mine. I also want an itemized account of the charges. I have no problem settling any debt that is mine. I have enough proof in hand to take you to court as we speak. This is my last attempt to have these bogus entries removed from all 3 bureaus. The choice is yours. My next step is court. I will not write again. The next communications will be from the attorney general, BBB, and the courthouse. I hope you are prepared, I am.
this is good. i would also try disputing this trade line with the CRA's at the same time. It took me about 3 rounds of disputes and 4 letters to finally get RMA off my reports. it'll happen though - good luck
