I've talked so much about and made so much progress over the last half a year from the infinite knowledge of those who are on this board that someone I know decided to write a paper for school (college) on the FCRA and FDCPA. Among other things, they need info on anyone who was involved from the start in the 60's/early 70's in advocating for the FCRA, the FDCPA, and then again during the first revisions in '96. Googling doesn't find this for some reason. If anyone has any links to this (or more), it would be very much appreciated.
