Look if you need a card there are better options. 1. HOME TRUST (CANADIAN) is offering Visa's for $72.00 CDN per Yr. 877-569-6333 2. UNITED NATIONAL BANK or CHASE BANK (U.S.) will issue a secured card for about $45.00 per yr. 1-800-48CHASE You will need: A. A U.S. address, (with proof) I use an MBE (or use family/friends if you have them) and have supplied them with a Bank Statement going to the address. B. A U.S. ITIN forms are at www.irs.gov (download application for an Individual Tax I.D. Number) directions on the form, however documents must be notarized by a U.S. Notary which means a trip to the u.S. Consulate, or across the border.
Better check on United National. I don't think they offer a grace period. And I think Chase's fee is $35 a year. Michael wrote: ------------------------------- 2. UNITED NATIONAL BANK or CHASE BANK (U.S.) will issue a secured card for about $45.00 per yr. 1-800-48CHASE
