I would like to 1st say that creditnet is great!!! but i do have a couple of ?'s i have sent out my 1st set of disputes and just wanted to make sure that i have eveything right? if it comes back VERIFIED i then use a PROCEDURE REQUEST or a VALIDATION letter (depending on what is disputed) to the place that is reporting the info is this right? Also when will a BK7 show on credit report date of file or discharge?
If it comes back verified, send the Request for Procedure to the CRA. The validation goes to the Collection Agency
