Over the summer I had much help from this forum (especially jam!) and accomplished much. Portfolio continued to send letters concerning 2 small accounts and each time we DV'ed we elected arb. Well they filed suit using Blatt and filed in wrong county. Hearing was today and judge ordered it transferred to correct county. I would like to get this going in JAMS. Should I wait until they can file in correct county or do it now? I believe by filing suit after arb election it's an FDCPA violation. Any thoughts/advice greatly appreciated!
