How does one go about possibly changing the account markings on an acct after the settlement. I want to take care of debts before they get charged off but the OC refuses to budge on what they will report. How can you go about it after the fact. Id rather pay the 50% settlement so it dont go to court and CA's. MBNA blows. How can I get em to change the stuff after?? Someone help a brother out!
