    How long does it take to hear something back from Mr Cooke?

    1 TO 60 DAYS TO NEVER...

    DEPENDS ON WHAT YOU WANT...

    Most of the time it is 2-3 weeks...

    I sent a complaint to CapOne via PFB, on the 2nd of this month, today is the 13th... what is my next step... should I resend letter, or give them a few mord days.

    Ok George, you are right... It's just that most people get response in 2-3 days...

    ...and how many people PFB in a given week...

    Yeah. But mostly what you ask for. Stuff like CLI's and APR reductions can be done within 2-3 days. Other stuff you need to wait a while

    2.5 WEEKS FOR ME...

    ...and I only sent a PFB because webinfo@capitalone.com said "CALL ON THE PHONE"

    WHY ARE THEY SO AFRAID OF E-MAIL???

    I ALSO ASKED WHY THEY REFUSED TO ANSWER BY E-MAIL WHEN I HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH E-MAIL...

    I just PFB'd them as well and was wondering if I was supposed to include my account numbers. Do they need that before responding?

    They have you NAME ADDRESS AND PHONE...any one will pop up
    your account NUMBER(S)...(ALL USED FOR CROSS-REFERENCE)

    "IF" you have 2 or 3 accounts...you need to put the last 4 numbers...XXXX-4782

    My experience was a little different. I got no direct response. About a month after PFB, I got a CL increase from $300 to $1200 - no letter or notice, just there on the statement.

    It was month shy of my one year anniversary when I was told I could get an increase.

    My PFB was about how they sent another Cap1 card offer to me and would gladly take a fee but not raise my standing account w/them.

    I PFB'd them about some incorrect CRA reporting....guess what....no response. That was about a month ago.
