i sent out validation letter to the CA and after 50 days they sent me a bill from the hospital saying that i owe $140.00 i know this is not a full validation but i want to pay the amount since i think it belong to me but it won't do me any good if after i pay they will go around and reort it on my credit. can any one help me with a settlement letter ,and what is better to have the CA type the letter or i should do that I'm willing to pay them the whole amount for $140.00 and i don't want it to go on my credit report Please help Thank You in advance
