2 weeks ago, I received a pre-qualification letter from a company called Akron Capital for a Visa with a limit of $1000. They asked for $42 for processing and their processing center is based in Seattle. Has anybody received anything from these people? Who are they? I remember when I just came out of BK 7 2 1/2 years ago and I received a similar thing from a company that worked as a middleman for FCNB. Could it be that a major company is using these guys to ferret out potential customers? Any feedback is appreciated.
