All credit cards charged off. How should I list them on BK7 papers?

Hello again. If you've seen my previous thread you'll see I never filed bankruptcy. About 2003 I was considering it and visited this site...

Just a quick question I have about filing BK7 papers.
How should I list credit cards and the agencies directly listed with them?
And what if a Creditor refuses to give me the entire account #?

For instance: I owe Chase on their credit card. Called and they would only *confirm* the first 12 digits of the file.
Then I see a collection item on TransUnion file that is the exact same amount as Chase. I called that number and they would only confirm if......drum roll please.... I agree to verify I have the debt with them and I give both an active address+ telephone (You can guess they would send me a letter asking for the debt to be paid!)

The papers should have very specific directions to follow. Read them closely. Most likely it will say to list each of your creditors in alphabetical order, mailing address, and the last 4 digits of the account number. You shouldn't need the entire number.

Are you planning on filing BK7 yourself? You don't need the whole account number. If you call a BK attorney they are help you with some of your questions before would start charging you. Thanks! Heather with BoostMyScore.NET
