I found a home! Waiting for the seller to agree (or disagree) to its terms. If the seller does agree we settle the last week of July and come August 1 I'm a homeowner. Yea! I was wondering if anyone had any things to watch out for come settlement time. I'm a first timer. Our loan (I think) is through Columbia National. Has any one heard of them and how was your experience? Please share any advice you have. I appreciate it. Hope everyone is having a great day. Dani
