    Hello -
I tried to dispute some negatives on my credit report last year a couple of times - which kept coming back "verfified". Now, I have been recently trying to dispute them again & I am getting a response that these items have "already been investigated".
    What do I do now?

Your refusal to reinvestigate my claim is not acceptable. The FCRA requires all CRAs to investigate all consumerâ??s disputes in a timely manner. If you do not do so, I will be filing a complaint with the FTC and will likely seek damages in court as allowed by the FCRA for your willful refusal to investigate. Under 611 (A) (3) Determination that dispute is frivolous or irrelevant requires you to notify me in writing stating the grounds of your statement.
