Hello, I got a letter back from Experian today for 2 charge-off unpaid accounts and one tax lien (paid). They verified them from an online dispute last year. I sent a dispute again VIA snail mail, they came back simply "Already Verified"... My Question, what's the next step. Do I contact the OC Directly? Also, one is a paid tax lien from 2002.. Same with this? Thanks a ton, - Bryan
what are you trying to accomplish? Charge off's can remain on CR until 7 yr SOL is up Paid Tax Lien can remain on CR for 7 yrs from date paid
