You should request validation from them. Buy a recorder. Dispute the tradeline if they're reporting on your reports. Incidentely, I wasn't saying you were threatening them. You asked what tread lightly meant and I answered that you should not threaten them. Sorry for any confusion.
thank you for the response. what happens if i just don't answer when they call and ignore them? i found the address to the CA's corporate headquarters, is this where i should request validation and will they view my request as hostile? i appreciate all your posts to my situation.
