(from www.njbcri.com/collection_activity/html/dof.html) As a courtroom battle nears that could fundamentally change the way Collection Agencies report data to the National Credit Bureaus, a group of activists and political leaders is intervening in the legal dispute between The Collection Agencies and the New Jersey Board of Credit Relief Injunction (NJBCRI). At a news conference today, the NJBCRI announced it had filed a motion in Superior Court seeking status in a lawsuit filed by the American Collection Agency Administration (ACAA). The committee raises the tempting proposition of a â??Committee which will act as the middleman, to bridge the gap between the ACAA and NJBCRI,â? said Saheed al-Shahaf, who stands to become a member of the committee, if the motion passes.â? We will not submit anything unless we have full and proper proof to presentâ?, He said. "The people of New Jersey want a bare minimum of two vibrant, dynamic individuals from the NJBCRI on the committee," said co-chairman â??Ask Bobâ? William Experian. "We deserve and expect no less." Former President William Jefferson Clinton, who is expected to be brought out of retirement to head chairmanship of the committee, and trial attorney Stella Weighbridges, announced the committeeâ??s formation late yesterday. About 95 people are listed as supporters on the organization's Web site, located at www.njbcri.com. Under the current system, JSAOA, The Information Ministry of the CRAâ??s, which has been controlled by Saddam and Bin Ladinâ??s family since 1896, handles the marketing, circulation and advertising of both consumer reports, as well as collection agency tactics division (CATD), in exchange for a larger share of the joint profits. A day after the CATD sued, Mrs. Suha Arafat announced her divorce from Yessir Arafat, based on the filed formal notice that Bill Clinton had announced his intention to review the FDCPA with the Palestinian National Assembly, and so would seek to dissolve the agreement. The team is now contractually bound to work toward eliminating Mr. Clintonâ??s attempt to have the Cease-Fire between Mr. Mohamed Abbas and Mrs. Sue-Her Arafat bound to the â??Lanche FDCPA Opinion Letter. -- Martin Koog has been writing for the UGYF Lawyers Journal since April 1, 2001. from: http://www.creditboards.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=6034
